Refund Policy

If you’re not happy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email us at billing@ezbillify.com and we’ll refund your last payment in full. No questions, no forms.

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and aren’t refunded on cancellation. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are prorated and refunded for unused months if you cancel within 90 days.

SMS / WhatsApp / e-invoice credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits never expire while your account is active.

Email billing@ezbillify.com from the registered account email. Refunds land in 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
